Electrospinning is a wonderful technique to produce manifold fibrous materials. The method gained increasing attention in recent years, however, most researchers dealing with electrospinning are still not well connected with each other. To change this circumstance, we strive to bring together scientists from Germany in a first step. For this, we want to organize a workshop on electrospinning in 2022 to evaluate and discuss the acceptance, need and possible further developments (like joint DFG projects etc.).
